Hello from Virginia, USA
Hello! 've been wearing kilts for over four years now and I would like to thank the members at X Marks for the X Kilt instructions! It has inspired me to pull out my sewing machine and get to work!

I'm in Fairfax County, not too far from Dulles Airport.
