Training Videos or books?

Any recommendations on training videos or books?

I've been able to find several good instructional videos on youtube for shotput, which I can use for open stone. This is also a little easier for me since I used to throw shotput.

But does anyone have any recommendations for online sites, forums, videos, books or anything else to help with the other events?
