Re: MacLean tank
Looking good there cousin.
I like the brown belt and sporran, goes with the tartan very well.
I can hardly wait to order mine. I was thinking to go with black accessories, so that I could interchange with the MacLean Modern Hunting as well.

Just a thought: I don't think it matters too much whether black or brown sporrans or belts are worn with either MacLean tartan.

That's a very nice kilt, made out of an extremely nice tartan!
Who made your kilt?

I'm unsure of the kiltmaker; I ordered it through the Scottish Country Shop in Portland, OR. They did all of the liaison with the kiltmaker. As mentioned above, it was woven by Marton Mills. T'was originally slated for Locharron, but they're not shipping MacLean until November. (I actually prefer the MM colors over Locharron, too.)

Looking good indeed. The MacLean Modern is a very smart looking tartan

Brown leather accessories will go well with MacLean Hunting as well. The green and the brown are both "earth" colours so look quite natural together. I'm one of those who as a general rule prefers brown leather for day wear and black for formal wear
