    Everybody's favourite cowboy in a kilt???

    Nope... Not Clint Eastwood... Not even Ronald Reagan

    Gary Cooper?? I must admit I didnt know that... and in a chick flick too... They apparently had them already in the 30's...

    Wow, that is cool!
    and if you wonder why so many of the old kilts are size 28" waist etc. Gary cooper was so small, his leading ladies walked in a trench next to him in some movies.

    And some had to stand on chairs... most quotes seem to put him at 6'3"... Which would no doubt have made him a giant in those days...

    Indeed. Gary Cooper was not short at all. He was always reported as 6'3". Alan Ladd was short.
