    Ignore & what's the topic?

    Two glitches I'm experiencing:

    1. I can't seem to "ignore" certain threads. They just keep popping up. I love the feature since it means I can check out a thread and then if it isn't a topic I want to follow then it's gone, but there are half a dozen that seem to have minds of their own.

    2. Long topic titles don't "wrap" to the next line. An example is "Show us your pictures of...." and I have to go into the thread to find out what the actual topic is.

    Anybody else?

    Thanks a million!

You are not alone in this Father Bill. I, too, have the exact same problem and it is frustrating for, as you say, you have to open the thread before finding out what it is about.

I'll take a look guys. FB, can you let me know one of the threads that you are not able to ignore?

There are two threads floating around about some particular new kilt style - a 5.11 tactical or something like that. I am not interested in that style and can't seem to get rid of it.
    That and the titles.
    Thanks so much!

Here's a screen capture showing one title wrap issue on Firefox. The "show us your pictures of" title does not wrap for me, so there may be variations based on how large you've got your fonts set etc. But the long title about NE Florida Games, shown below, does wrap and the second line is obviously cut off.

FB, just checked, and the plugin that provides this functionality only ignores threads/forums on the new posts/today's posts pages. Will look to see if I can extend it to do it on all pages of the forum.

Hi. Actually, I was getting there from the "New Posts" page.

If I may be so bold, I think I remember that the old format showed how many "New Posts" there were at the top of the page as well as at the bottom. Not critical or even important, but I kind of liked it and used it a lot. Can/ should it be added back in?

Thread titles should be wrapping now. Let me know if they are not.

Will check the thread ignore again. I was not seeing my ignored threads in the new posts

Hi Warrior. The wrap is great (thanks SO very much!) Still can't get the ignore to work, for example "Goal to get a grant of COA" Followed it for a while, but lost interest. (Sorry to the OP!) In fact, having looked at it, it still even shows up when I hit "New Posts" although there's nothing that's been added to it.

    You're the best!
