Celtic Croft at Chicago 2012 Highland Festival & Games
Had the delightful opportunity to shop the Celtic Croft's OUTSTANDING booth at the Chicago Highland Festival and Games in June 2012.
'Spent a gob-lite of money there, brought home some fun stuff and a catalogue, great people, excellent merchandise, fair prices...
...Celtic Croft is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I'll second that motion. Been frequenting their booth at the Chicago Games for many years. Even though it is quite a large event, the number of vendors that come to Chicago has really dropped off in the last few years, so I make it a point to support the ones that still turn out. Big double-thumbs-up for Celtic Croft.

My wife knows the Crofts, so we do business with them. While our experiences have been a bit of a mixed bag, they are really fun people, so visiting their display at a Celtic show is a definite priority.

I get my kilt hangers from them, as well as a few other things. All good but I consider their kilt hangers excellent. Doubt I would ever buy the hangers elsewhere.

Got this weathered Gordon kilt from them. Sewn up in the wrong size for someone else - happened to be my size. How lucky can you get. Most pleased with the quality of workmanship.

They seem to be one of the few middlemen vendors who aren't out to take advantage of new kilties...just my opinion...

I too shopped at their booth at the Chicago Highland Games. Managed to latch on to what has become my favorite kilt pin, as well as some hose and flashes. Nice and very helpful folks. I would also Highly recommend!

I did not make it up to the Games this year, but I have stopped by their tent in years past. Also as a side note, my first kilt came from them, and I'm still quite chuffed with the results.

Is "chuffed" a good thing or a bad thing???

Apparently it's a good thing, I think it's a cooking term for "puffed up with fat". Which does sound delicious.
