Please Identify this Dress Tartan

This photo was taken by my partner Gabrielle in her home city of Nuremberg in December 1994. The gentleman came from Glasgow and was a regular annual visitor to the Nuremberg Christmas Market during the nineteen nineties where he staffed the Glasgow stall which sold Scottish stuff.
He appears to be wearing a Dress Tartan but which one?
