    Found a "used" kilt store!!!

    I have seen from time to time that others on the Rabble have been looking for an "Army Surplus" store for used kilts. I stumbled upon this site this morning and thought I would share.

    I have the same issue with the pictures. Several items I clicked on opened a window that said "picture not yet available."
