Just for the sake of accuracy, it should be noted that this is not vintage clothing, which is a term usually reserved for original items. This is 'period' clothing of new manufacture.
That said, I've been eyeing their wares for a couple of years now (specifically their trousers, as they have a good selection of high-waisted versions), but never seem to pull the proverbial trigger on purchasing anything. They also have a nice selection of waistcoats, though I'm not sure many of them would work well with a kilt.
I purchased my derby from them - it's a very nice hat for the price, and it shipped quickly and without incident; I never had need to test their customer service, but I have heard that it's good.
A further caveat RE: "authenticity" - I have read in various US Civil War discussions that Gentleman's Emporium's clothing is period style, but not necessarily period accurate; in other words, to most casual observers their garments look period correct, but most of them are constructed using more modern/streamlined designs and techniques.

I have 2 of their straight cut and collared waistcoats which work superbly with a kilt. They are of a reasonable cost and service is excellent, yes even to Australia
Shoot straight you bastards. Don't make a mess of it. Harry (Breaker) Harbord Morant - Bushveldt Carbineers
They do have nice clothing for men and women both. Ive got a couple shirts from there and I do like the New Bankers waistcoat in Burgundy wool. Their prices are quite reasonable for the quality you receive.
