Kilted 4 days in a row.
Well, it was a first for me. I went to the Tucson Celtic Festival and Scottish Highland Games this last weekend as a birthday treat to myself. I went four days without once putting on a pair of pants -- couldn't actually since I didn't take any . It was, overall, a quite enjoyable experience.
Before you ask, I personally couldn't take any pictures as I left the camera with my pants . But, I believe there were others who did take pictures and if/when I get them, I'll be sure to post (I'd hate for it not to have happened since it was so nice... ).
Friday, 11/2, my birthday, I wore the Leatherneck Acrylic.
Saturday 11/3 and Sunday 11/4, I wore my MacMillan Tank. I also got to meet my "cousins" from "Clan MacMillan, AZ".
Monday, 11/5, I wore my 5.11 TDK. For traveling, this was the most comfortable kilt.
Not one negative comment during the entire trip, nor even any "curious" ones. Several compliments were received .

I have started doing kilted Fridays for the last three weeks and have enjoyed it tremendously. I am gearing up for next September where I shall wear a kilt every day of the month in honor of prostrate cancer month. There is a group "Kilted to Kick Cancer" that is pushing kilted men to do this to draw attention to prostrate cancer.
There is a thread on here somewhere about it.

Excellent idea. I believe there is a t-shirt which states "Kilted to Kick Cancer" available. I intend to get at least one (more than one would be nicer).
I regularly wear a kilt on my Friday's at work. I have been doing this long enough (since April 2012) that it's to the point now that no one comments. I've yet to have anyone follow suit here, however .

I still get some looks but not as many as when I started. I do get questions now and then like, "What Scottish holiday are you celebrating today?" I get this due to my wearing my kilt on certain days to celebrate births, deaths, or battles concerning Scotland.
I cannot wait for September.
