I'd go with one of the red ones.

I had a jacket very much like yours and wore a solid red waistcoat with it (much like the second one in your post) and that would look especially great with your tartan, I would think. It can look a bit "Christmassy" but just the thing for this time of year. If you want to "tone it down" you could wear matching green or black one.
I like the idea of a red waistcoat with that outfit, but.... The jacket and the kilt are both wool. The waistcoats you have pictured all appear to be made out of a fabric that has some kind of sheen to it. Might I suggest that a red waistcoat made from a worsted wool cloth would coordinate much better with the texture of the jacket and kilt.
I guess that would depend on where you intend to wear it. If you're looking for formal day wear, any of the five-button waistcoats above would do (though my preference is for plain wool waistcoats rather than shiny silk/polyester). If you're looking for something to wear as evening wear (with a bow tie), I would recommend a three-button waistcoat. Because it can be very difficult to match colours, something like these red waistcoats, maybe with a change to silver buttons, would probably be a good bet.

I think you should get them all. They look great. Can't go wrong with any of 'em.
I like the two on the right, but I admit to a fascination with Victorian and Edwardian style.
