You both look great!
So does the food.
I haven't heard of the Grand Sierra Resort (I lived in Tahoe and Gardnerville for 24 years)
The casinos would play up St. Paddys day back then. Glad to hear they are doing burns dinners.

Great photos, thanks, and what a great turnout, over 400 people! Wow.
Any group photos, lineups of groups of "kilties"?
I piped at a Burns Supper last night, only around 30 people, held at a small British restaurant.
Only two kilties, me and the guy putting on the event, and both of us were wearing vintage goathair sporrans!
BTW my sister lives in Carson City and teaches in Reno. Both of her daughters went to UNR.

The Grand Sierra Resort was originally the MGM Grand when it opened in 1978 the it was sold and became Bally's. Then it was sold again and changed to the GSR.

More kilts then not, I think we might have some more pic on my wife's phone. We had a ton of fun and can't wait till next year. We will be attending more highland events this year for sure. And my wife is still interested in learning the Pipes. She played Oboe at UNR
