There are a few BBC specials on Doctor Who leading up to Series 7, part 2 (March 30).
Currently available at some outlets (including Xfinity On Demand in the states) is a special on Patrick Troughton, the Second Doctor, including his trusty kilted sidekick Jamie McCrimmon.

The first half hour is the usual present day people talk about the old days format, followed by a couple hours of Tomb of the Cybermen.

Jamie was on Dr Who every week when I was 6 and 7. I'm sure this is where the kilt thing comes from in my case. He was rather cool.
