my first x-kilt finished

At long last I have found a moment to download the photos of my first xkilt from my camera and post for you all. They could go in two or three forums, but I thought here was the best place for them. Here I am ready to go off to RKilts open house, on the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day - so this was my St. Patrick's kilted outing as well. Thanks to Sydnie and Alan for their coaching along the way! I think it came out quite well.

Is the color cream? What fabric did you use?

Thanks, Knotty. I afraid the flask washes it out a little. The colour is similar to a pair of khakis. The material is a cotton twill, probably just a little lighter in weight than I would have liked, but it's what I could find.
