Back in the "old days" of the forum, we had a sub-forum where we would put up pictures of kilted no-no's. Hey, I contributed several times, I'm embarrassed to admit. Somewhere along the line, we got rid of that sub-forum, as sometimes it was a bit mean-spirited.

I don't believe that I made any offensive or negative comments about the gentlemen, merely intimated that joining this forum may spread some enlightenment. However if the Mods think that it is unsuitable then by all means close the thread.
No offence was meant or intended.

Well, it's definitely a prime example of wearing the kilt too short, aka, an ill-fitting kilt. It may even be a ladies kilted skirt.

I would hazard a guess that the fellow in your picture is not terribly concerned with dressing in a mans kilt, but in fact is probably trying to pull off the "plaid skirt and knee sox" fetish look.
I could be wrong, of course. If he is, then that particular lifestyle choice is something that is not welcome on X Marks. There's no statement as to the rightness or wrongness of any such choice, just that it's not welcome on this particular forum. There are other online forums where this picture would be welcome.
This is not me speaking, here, about my own preferences, just making a point about some forum rules. That's it. There's no judgement associated with me repeating the tenor of the rules.

Im curious about what you mean by "particular lifestyle choice" and why that wouldn't be welcome here.
EDIT: I read the rules and can guess what you are referring to.

This forum is about kilts.
The "particular lifestyle choice" might consider people who like to cross dress. Not that there is something wrong with that, but it is not for this forum.
