    Kilted Drumline

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but it is music... and they are wearing kilts.

Their kilts may be worn too low, and some of them have shorts hanging down below the kilts, but I understand they did win their talent show.

Cool drumming , but someone needs to tell them ... hey guys , pleats in the back ! It appeared the guy in the middle was the only one that wasn't wearing their kilt backwards . ( or perhaps that was intentional , maybe a bit off the wall humor ... who knows . )

Ha! That takes me back to my drumline days before rock n roll.

We had a routine very similar to that. Good stuff. Thank you for sharing.

Sidenote: remember that movie "Drumline?" Lots.of.stick visuals like this in that film. I love watching drumlines. They really do take some serious chops!

Yeah, I'd have to agree about educating them in how
a kilt is to be worn.

In high school, about 3/4 of the percussion section of
the band was black - they had some really amazing beats
    for us to march to.

And, while we're talking about drumming, my father was
a drummer. He was rapt watching the tenor drummers
in the pipe bands when we attended a Scottish Games
with my Uncle. (Who is responsible for my interest in
things Scottish -- RIP Uncle Duncan)

Nigel, Dylan, Matt , Elias and Jordan WIN the Talent Show at Lake Howell High School with this performance they actually put together this week! You can tell they are having fun! (BTW - the kilts are props only and are worn as they chose to wear them for the TALENT show AND they are not Scottish but American)
    Source youtube the about part.

I think they chose to wear them pleats in the front. And why not in that case. It brings even more movement to the show.
