This is Josh Amos. I am the fellow who started Neo Kilt out here in Washington State.

About the NK. The Neo Kilt is a traditional styled kilt for modern use. I am not trying to replace the tradtional kilt, but offer another kilted wearing option. I use the example of if the tradtional tartan is a tuxedo then I make blue jeans.

I have several models in mind and some including our mini kilt will be available soon. My partner loves the challenge of custom work so if you have an idea let's hear it! We do custom embroidery (logos etc) and the now infamous pistol pocket so let us know what we can do.

As for the company. Well a long story short(as possible) I went to have a kilt made and was treated badly. So I designed my own and it started taking off. So here I am learning a great deal in a short amount of time but making a great product and meeting some great folks. I must apologize for some of the rookie mistakes I made in the beginning, but I stand by my product. Things are going well and the future looks great! Who would have thought that I could do something that I love for a living?

I will be at several Highland Games in the WA State area and can often be spotted at the Olympia Farmer's Market in my NK.
