Name That Tartan (Red White and Blue Color Scheme)

I have a friend in my pipe band that was given this kilt. It fits him, it looks good, and appears to be decently made, but we have NO idea what tartan it might be. I thought maybe the American, but on closer inspection and internet research, maybe not. Anybody recognize it?

(Yea, those two are from my pipe band. We're a goofy bunch. They sort of look like a before and after shot, don't they? )

The inside stripes are blue but the outside stripes are green on MacFarlane.
