    Quite unexpected ...

On the way home yesterday afternoon it was raining n miserable so I thought I cheer myself up and have a beer on the way in the pub (as one does) ... There was a retired couple in there who I have said quickly hello too many times but we have sat in different parts of the pub. Yesterday the wetherspoons I was in was really full and the only small table available was alongside this couple. They were both doing crosswords while having their drink. I bought a beer and duly sat at table and of course we all said hello and how bad the weather was. I then went on my phone to txt the mrs and they continued to their crosswords. I could see out the corner of my eye the women kept that hovering look at me. Then eventually she said, 'Sorry to disturb you, and I hope you dont mind me asking ,I have been meaning to for a long while when we bump in to each other in here, but where did you buy your bush hat from ... my husband could do with one like that when taking the dog out when its raining'. So I told her where she could get one from. She was delighted. We both went our seperate ways again. Again the Cilt was invisable lol ...

    Nice one Derek.
Looks like the bush hat stands out more than the kilt.

May be people are just becoming more used to them so its becoming less of an 'oddity' to see a handsome guy strutting his stuff.
