    Sell or not?

Got a couple of nice vintage pieces I am agonising over whether or not to keep:

Mods, this is not an advert for sale, just trying to resolve the dilemma. If I decide to sell on here, I will of course, go to the appropriate place.

    KiltFitz,
If you do decide to part with the sporran, I would be very interested.

I can see your dilema, the sporran and sgian are nice pieces.
I may be interested in the sgian if you do decide to clear your wardrobe...

KF if they have no sentimental attachment and are just gathering dust in a drawer and if you arent going to wear them then my advice is to sell them and let someone else enjoy them. They were made to be worn and to serve a purpose. Would be a shame to keep that sporran from public view.

However if any of the above are applicable then keep them.

I couldn't agree more, Simon. If you do choose to sell, I'm sure your items will indeed sell rather quickly.

    Cheers,

    P.S. - I'd definitely keep the sporran.

    ↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑ this!

With the current uncertainty about seal skin, and it's future sales, I'd keep it. It would be a pity to have seller's remorse and be unable to replace it.

Of course if you really don't care for it, it would be better to sell it off and let someone else enjoy it.

Why would you get rid of them?

They look to be of good quality and appealing design. There's nothing wrong with having some options that don't get worn too often. Variety is the spice of life
