Aloha fron Hawaii
Aloha all,
My name is David and I am new to this site. I live in Kailua Kona on the big island of Hawaii. I'm actually a transplanted Nova Scotian, and retired from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I have worn kilts in Nova Scotia, having lived in such Scottish oriented communities as Antigonish and Pugwash.
I've been tryimg to reconnect with my heritage, and have been wearing my kilt more. From what I read here I am in good company.
Cheers,
David

Anytime you make it up to Vancouver, let us know. We are all ready for a good night out.

Welcome, I think you'll enjoy your stay here. How do you find wearing a kilt in Hawai'i? Do you see many people in sarongs, as that seemed to me to be a rather native dress on the islands.

Welcome David.
XMTS is a great place to spend some time with kindred spirits. WARNING: like kilt wearing, XMTS is addictive!

Wow... This site is becoming a home turf of sorts for cops with kilts. Feel free to post some photos when you get the chance. Hope you enjoy the group.
