Portland Last Tuesday Kilt Night - June 24th 2014
The time is upon us again for the Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out in the Northern Oregon / Southern Washington Area.
As we've done regularly, the 24th of June at 7:30p we will meet at the Horse Brass Pub, 4534 SE Belmont St., Portland, OR.
Whether your a member of the Rabble here on XMTS, or a lurker and/or member of the area kilted community all are welcome to come down and have a bite to eat, raise a glass ( ice tea or stronger ), have some lively conversation, and join us. For the last 7 months our meet ups have been a growing success and we look forward to reuniting all the regulars and all the new friends that come to join us for an evening of friendship.
Don't be shy ( just ask Capt Mac ) and just show up, it's a wonderful time to relax.
What say you local rabble......let's plan on it!

Our attendance will be dependent on CaptMac's 94 yo mother, who will be with us for a week.

Alright, it's the day of the Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out, here in the area.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Horse Brass Pub at 7:30p.

We will be unofficialy raising a glass to Kyle/creagdhubh, over in Ohio for best birthday wishes on his birthday tomorrow the 25th of June!

Alright all you that missed the Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out tonight, you missed a good one. It was rumored that all in attendance informally polled, said it was the best food, service and drink we've been given since starting to frequent the Horse Brass Pub! Our server tonight was a pleasant young lady named Yvette, and she sported some tartan trews for the occasion, and was in fine spirits. All those there had a wonderful time, and it appears there was either a team function, along with the normal local crowd, which made for a rather lively evening. Conversations were great and laughter could be heard most often throughout the evening. Personally, my Fish-N-Chips were very tasty and my glass always full. Congrats to all that made it out this time, and for those that could not make it, you missed a dandy of an evening. And, yes Kyle/Creagdhubh, we raised a glass to you during the evening with joyous Birthday Greetings sent long distance to Ohio!
The next Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out will be on July 29th at the usual 7:30pm!
Be there and join us, one and all.......
