Just got some kilt strap exenders
I bought my tank in 1999 and got about 10 good years of wear out of it before my belly got the best of me and I out grew it. It really fits me best at about 225 lbs. I'm currently on my way back down to that range, and my Sport Kilt that I bought to fit my fatness is now actually getting too big. I'm wearing my kilt next weekend to go to the USMC Evening Parade in DC, so my bride bought me a set of kilt extenders off of Amazon.

They were easy to install, but lucky I had some leatherworking gear around because I needed to enlarge the holes in my kilt straps to fit the screw grommet things that attach the extenders to the original straps. I like this style better than some others I have seen that would make for a second set of buckles.
Here's the finished product

I do like that style of extenders; had never seen them before! I made myself a set of the more standard sort a month ago, to hold me over until I manage to take some more weight back off.
