First one
Here it is, my very first. MacDonnell of Glengary. Pleated to the stripe per my old regiment.
Very happy with the results!

Very nice indeed @Glen48! You were an SD&G Highlander? The current CO is an xmarks member!

Hi Nathan,
Thanks. I was indeed an SDG more than a few years ago. I have wanted one for a long time. Actually its the current CO who gave me the info I needed. He was very helpful.
I wanted the exact same per the regimental standard.
It was made and woven by Strathmore Woolen Co. They're the official manufacturer for the regiment. I went for the NCM pattern, which contrary to the officers pattern has no fringe.

Beautiful! Contrast back to front is striking, and makes for a stunning presentation. Good on ya.
