Has anyone purchased a casual Poly Viscose kilt from J Higgins?

If so, for the price are they good value? is the PV material high quality? Do you have any pictures or other comments about the kilt?

I've got a tank from John, good kilt. Don't know about the PV, but I would expect it to be well made.
You peaked my interest, but of course Keith isn't available in PV. :-(

I have a 5 yd. PV kilt from J. Higgins and I am very pleased with it. I am no expert on kilt construction but I think it is very well made. Here is a pic with me wearing it. It is a Stewart Navy tartan. The brown belt and brass buckle are from John also
