    The Last Resting Place of The MacDonald's of the Isles: Yorkshire

    My wife and I went for a little trip to Yorkshire to meet up with some old school friends back in May.

    We drove through Rudston and were tempted by some signs saying "World's Greatest [U]Monolith[U]" (or words to that effect) and were treated with the following:



    We had the hound so while the gang went off to explore the church:



    ... I wandered around the graveyard (one of my favourite pastimes in any case) and was rewarded with the following... I thought some of you might be interested:



















    Any way, I've been meaning to put these up for some time and hope they are of some interest to someone.
