Hello from the apple orchards of Massachusetts!
I've hung around this forum for such a long time (years…?) it was finally time to say Hello! ( I can excel at procrastinating!!) It's nice to see other folks keenly interested in tartan and other Scottish clothing. Tartan can be very versatile, I recently celebrated birthday and treated myself to a luxury item, a high-end beach chair, made down on Cape Cod. Did i want my initials embroidered on it? Heck no! So, I had them sew on a swatch of the Massachusetts tartan, cut on the bias, and now I can watch the tartan actually fade and weather by the sun and salt air. (Hope this picture loads…) And hello to my fellow kilts across the globe!!

Welcome from Oxford, MS where your chair would be a happy sight under a Magnolia tree with a sip of Scotch, neat with a sprig of mint garnish. I'll send the shipping address if you tire of it's utility.
