So here I am with my kilt during Christmas when I visited my family in my hometown Modesto California! I also got all the men Clan Grant tartan ties and the women Clan Grant tartan scarves! Ties are modern grant and the scarves are black watch which is our hunting tartan. I even managed to make some of the lassies tear up hahaha I'm good I know lol!!! I'm surprised your brother in NC hasn't mentioned the Kilted Leathernecks there. He may be holding back for reasons unknown or to "one-up" as siblings are prone to do. Your gift may attract him toward that group.
