Kilt Alterations in the Northern Virginia Area
I was wondering if there are any people in the Northern Virginia area who can do quality kilt alterations. I have a young friend who has lost some weight since he bought his kilt, and would like to have it altered a bit. I am not sure on the specifics, but I believe it's and eight yard wool kilt.
