Glad I wasn' wearing a kilt

I said earlier that I thought wearing a kilt to the doctor this morning would be more convienent. I was wrong!

I'm glad I was wearing jeans rather than a kilt!

The blood washed out of the jeans easily. I'd have been devastated to have a kilt ruined by bloodstains.

Sorry to hear of your blood loss, hope you mend soon.
Add this to our list of times not to wear a kilt!

Yep,even you and Hamish might be advised to to have a pair of pants available for doctors visits that involve scalples.

Glad you had a hunch with the pants Doc, I would much rather ruin them than a kilt!

Have a speedy recovery, for your wit and wisdom would be greatly missed.

Just soak it in cold water and let dry naturally.

I too am sorry to hear of the effects of your visit to the Doctor, Doc.

As for me: well, I'd almost certainly have worn a Utilikilt (throw in the washing machine rather than a dry clean operation), but I'm crossing my fingers when I say that I have never yet had cause to visit my Doctor for anything more 'messy' than picking up a Prescription or getting an anti-'flu jab!!

As I reported elsewhere, I did wear a Breacan in hospital whilst recovering from a veins operation a few years ago, but I never saw as much as a drop of blood!
