Pacific Northwest Highland Games in Enumclaw,WA
The Enumclaw games are this Sat & Sun. The weather is predicted to be warm but not hot, so get your kit on and turn out for a marvelous day.
One of my favorite activities is "SPOT THE POSER", so if you attend the games please let us all know how many you counted. LOL

I will be there Saturday, and perhaps Sunday as well. Looking forward to some Haggis and some pipe bands.

I saw Jill and Scooter perform this. I believe Jill said this was inspired by her trip one year to the Games.

Thanks, Allen, that was nice. There are indeed some lovely back roads in the area.

I was at Enumclaw yesterday and had a fine time. My only misgiving was missing the working dogs demo again. I stayed until the evening participatory dance was called short due to return of showers. Most of the day stayed dry. Dughlas, my bad for not trying to contact you for a meet up. Must do better next time. I hope all the other PNW rabble enjoyed themselves as well.

Yes, Darryl, I`m sorry I missed you. You should have been marching with the Halls, they could have used an extra body or two! We had a great time, and it was nice to get rained on a bit after two months without a drop. The bands were great, the Haggis and Black Butte Porter were delicious, and the people watching was entertaining as usual.
