    My first homemade practice throwing weight :D

    Made this with some square tube and filled it with lead shot. Weighs in right at 28 lbs.

    Nice! Just so you know for the next one....the weight includes the handle and chain. It's 28 pounds total.

    If your practice weight is a pound or a pound and a half heavy, it's irrelevant. Go throw it all over the place. Good job!

    Thats awesome, I tried my hand at making a WFD and it didnt workout so well (not good at DIY) and ended up ordering one haha
