    Not Exactly Kilt Shoes, but...

... I will probably need to buy these, and will also probably run in these and a kilt. Don't judge me...

Is that pattern asymmetrical? If so, feet don't fail me now!

Brooks are not my brand otherwise I would definitely rock those and I do race in a kilt.

I had the same thought. I generally run in Asics or Newton's.

Brooks comes out with some great designs on occasion. (And then some real clunkers, especially in the women's line, which is how I ended up getting stuck with incredibly ugly running shoes that look like the 80s threw up on my feet {it didn't occur to me to ask at the shop if they came in other colors or could be ordered in other colors}.)

A few years ago, the Boston design for the women's Launch 2 featured lobsters. I loved it.

    There is a women's version!

For anyone interested, these sold out within hours on site. Marathon Sports has some, but not in my size. In all fairness, it would not have been the best $130 I ever spent.

I also liked the lobsters better.
