Ardenwood Tartan Day - San Francisco Bay Area, California

    For the Northern California Rabble.

This coming Saturday, April 1st is the 20th annual Tartan Day Scottish Faire hosted by the East Bay Scottish Association. It's a small "faire" rather than full highland games, but it's fun and very family-friendly. Piping, athletic events, Scottish dancing, vendors, food, and some clans. Admission also lets you wander the Ardenwood historic farm. Keep your eyes open for peacocks!

A few photos from last year

Unfortunately the Red Thistle Dancers were unable to perform at Ardenwood this year, we are hosting a multicultural dance concert in April and a have a video shoot to prepare for shortly after that. We just couldn't squeeze the lovely little Ardenwood Tartan Day in

I'm not sure if the mighty Nor Cal Rabble will be gathering or not, I would like to go and support this neat local event.

    Cheers
