I am looking for a clan badge necktie like this one ClanCrestTie.jpgfor the Stewart of Appin Clan. Where can I buy one?

A quick Google search revealed this. There are a limited number of clan ties available, but a couple of Stewarts in the list.

I've never dealt with the company.

Clan badge ties were popular with pipe bands about thirty years ago, but since have almost disappeared. The only company producing them is Ingles Buchan in Scotland. After a fruitless search in numerous highland dress shops in Scotland a couple of years ago--most shops had none, some only a few in stock but not the one I was looking for (MacKenzie)--I was able to order one from The Scottish Lion after my return home. A quick look at the current Scottish Lion website (www.scottishlion.com) failed to find them there, though.
