    Does anyone know of someone or place that manufactures sporran badges in the military style - fastened with a cotter pin.

    Are you looking for a regimental badge, generic badge or clan/family badge? As far as I know, right now at least, only the regimental badges, reproductions or originals, are made with that kind of fastener.
