    Bridgeland Distillery - Calgary

    I’m helping out with tours and tasting at a friend and his business partner’s new distillery. They are making brandy, whisky and grappa. I am pictured below with the father of the friend in front of their pot still. I took a couple of flask fills of their “Single Malt Spirit, Batch #1” to the Calgary Highland Games last Saturday where I was hosting the VIP tent. I had tasted it before and knew it was good. All of the others agreed.
