    I went ahead and did it

    I jimmy rigged a mold out of a hard rubber floor mat and then used small nails to hold down the soaked leather. I was very pleased with the results even though there were many things that a little sewing needed to solve. Hopefully I can find a real mold but until I do these two sporrans made me happy
