    My Assumed Arms

    So, these arms were registered in 2008 with the New England Historic Genealogic Society's heraldry committee. More recently, they were registered in Germany with the "Wappenrolle Deutsches Erbe."

    The element below the chief appears on a number of historic arms of folks sharing our family name in Bohemia. The crosses are a nod to my Christian and German heritage. The crest was chosen because, as an avid hunter, jackrabbits are a favorite quarry.
