    Canadian!

    I m from Canada, and we have a large Scottish population in Cape Breton, N.S. Has anyone been there? Can anyone speak Gaelic here?

    Yes, there are Gaelic speakers in Cape Breton - and elsewhere in the Maritimes. In fact, there was a news story a while back that Scottish schools were hiring Canadian Gaelic speakers to teach the language because of a shortage of speakers in Scotland.
