Hello from Halifax, Nova Scotia
Hello...
I just joined and thought I'd post a small blurb of introduction.
Over the last while I slowly started becoming more interested in kilts and also the history of kilt-like attire (in other regions) as male clothing (which, really, in most if not all places was the majority of the male attire throughout history).
I had started just wearing cloth wrapped around me whilst working on paintings at home and found it comfortable... so I think that's what lead me to start looking at this subject.
Anyway, I think I'll find some interesting information here regarding a mixture of traditional kilts and more modern variations.
I don't have any kilts at present (and checked the prices and it appears I'll be creating my own versions!) but I'll see what happens.

Welcome from over the pond. Get kilted, even if it is only occasional. You will never regret it.
