Hard to find tartan

I have a friend here in Annapolis, MD whose last name is Webster. Someone found a t-shirt with a Webster Tartan printed on it, but could'nt find any one who made kilts in that tartan. Does anyone out there know of or make kilts in the Webster Tartan?
