    If you like attention.....

If you like to be fussed over... just wear your kilt into clothing stores. I've spent the last 3 days in the greater Toronto area in a kilt. Yesterday I wore my kilt to the Moore's menswear shop in Whitby, Ontario. All of a sudden, I had 3 staff looking after me all at the same time!. Questions... anecdotes... the other customers were probably glad to see me leave! 8)

Blu, I'll have to try that sometime! If you want to live your life hiding in the shadows, definitely don't wear the kilt! I remember walking into a furrier wearing a brown suede duster my wife bought me for my birthday, which I had modified the cape by sewing coyote pelts (with the head and paws still attached!) so that they would drape over the shoulders and fall down the back, completely covering my backside. Quite the barbarian look! Well, the store clerks all went crazy! Asking all sorts of questions - where did I buy it, oh my! you made that! how did I do that? ect. Even my wife was amazed!
