If enough people agree, then I'll just name it as I like and I'll have four kilts to wear. But I'll wait till I get more feed back, as wearing someone else's Tartan is like wearing someone else's name tag. There's no major rush and a little deliberation on one's action is a good thing

Why "name it" anything? As a fashion tartan, it may very well not have a name, and does not belong to anyone. If you like it, by all means sew your kilt(s) of it and wear it with pleasure.

"Name it" to make it mine. "My Red Tart" or "She's Bonnie" are fine names. Naming gives personality (and attachment)

But you can't make it yours as you don't own the copyright/intellectual design rights. Follow DrummerBoy's advice.

Should have been "My Red Tart, Anne." I will wear it (it's rather nice). Still, it's mine in the sense that's it's being worn by me. Many who don't have design rights on cars, boats, weapons, tools, etc., can still attribute names to the things they hold dear.
