Dealings with Prince Charlie Jacket ?
Has anybody purchased a kilt from Prince Charlie Jacket or know anything about the company?
I'll not be lied to , stolen from or laid a hand upon. I do this to no man and I require the same in return.

This seems to be one of several web sites operated by Tartan & Tweed Ltd, a retail store in Galashiels. Another is www.mytartan.com.
I'm afraid I cannot offer any advice or information other than this, though. But perhaps someone else on the forum has dealt with Tartan & Tweed Ltd, and my be able to offer their experience.

I did have some dealings with them a while ago.
Placed an order which never materialised as the computer had 'lost' my order - they knew I'd paid, but not what I'd paid for.
I had to chase them by mail (ignored) and by phone, as they didn't think to contact me to explain. Could have contacted me via PayPal, but no.
If you do place an order with them via either PCJ or My Tartan, I'd suggest a mail, or preferably a phone call, to make sure they received the order request and will process it.

You might try looking at buyakilt.com, one of our advertisers. They have some reasonably priced jackets and I know from experience that they provide excellent service.

I've used MacDonald Sporrans - part of the Buya company, and found their prices very competitive and their customer service outstanding.
I know that the sporrans site has a seemingly never expiring voucher code 'thanksfor5' that anyone can use, and gives a 5% discount on checkout.
