I see no earthly reason why you should not become a card carrying member of the goathair sporran group! All one has to do is ask to be a member and presto it happens almost instantly! Just kidding I do believe that my picture was taken with you at the GMHG at the x mark tent. I was on the very end to the left of Shaun Maxwell, he in his hunting Maxwell and me in my muted Maxwell. I had a red fox sporran and a red umbrella. If I had not brought my umbrella it would have rained all day. By the way I think you have an extremely nice goathair sporran cheers Mattie

I gave up my membership in the FML quite a few years ago... but I was a member back in the 80s

OK, I've got to ask...I looked at the website for Daimond Cactus Saddlery, and there is no form of scottish attire shown in any of their pages. Everything is very classic traditional western cowboy leather. I couldn't even imagine asking them to undertake such a project. How on earth did that conversation go with them?

It is an excellent looking sporran, and one that I would own and wear in a heartbeat!

Go to facebook.com/diamondcactussaddlery and drill down and you will see the sporran I purchased as well as a coyote sporran with sterling silver cantle that Gregg McDonald hand engraved. I guess that I just lucked out getting this sporran. Gregg and Carla McD can make anything in leather, brass, or sterling best regards and cheers Mattie
