From the size of those ribs, they must be beef. Everyone KNOWS that BBQ means beef. Apparently they don't have cows, east of Mississippi, because they think BBQ is whats done to pork. You look good Omar, keep saving for the HOG.

Yep. We shipped all the cows to Texas so we could keep the good stuff here. ;)
