One of the cofounders is Shannon Reilly. Maybe she is the subject of the show.

I saw a brief preview trailer for the show and I believe the guy, long hair and beard, ends up as a bartender in a leather modern kilt, but they showed less than a second of that in the trailer )several long seconds of a couple waitresses bending over tables serving however).
