Yeah, I have Clan tent envy when I look at Mizzou's pics. My display at Cobourg this weekend was far simpler. Here I am with a couple of friends; a Canadian Boyd and a Wilson from the Scottish Highlands.

This one shows the display a little better. By the way, Alan Wilson (pictured) of Highlandline.com makes those Clan Flags in most every clan and tartan.

Wow, Nathan! I am really impressed and the musical instruments are very appropriate, my friend. Well done. Simple but executed with a lot of pride and love and it DOES stand out and look very nice, indeed.

Thanks Richard! We started with one tent and as we accumulated more stuff, we added more tents. I think we're stopping at three..lol. Most of the stuff is homemade but geared towards education and history of Clan Donald.

It will come with time Nathan. You've got a great start and what you've started with is great. You are representing Clan Donald well my cousin. If you need any help or just have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. If I don't know, I'll find someone who does.

Do you mean me or Mizzou? I only have a wool blanket/throw in Clan Donald modern that I'm using for a table cloth. Not sure where you see the Glencoe. The flags are in Clan Donald, Clanranald, and Maple Leaf respectively and are on loan from Highland Line. I'm hoping to purchase them soon.

    Cheers,
Thanks Kyle. The perfect is the enemy of the good as they say. I'm getting by with a mosquito screen camping tent instead of an event/fair tent but at least there's a presence. Thank goodness for the flags. I still need to get a banner going but a fellow xmarkser is helping out with that.
