I tend to actually like the more "somber" tartans if you will. Bright tartans wash me out otherwise. Thank you all for your input.
    Be forewarned, the sett size is huge. It's a beautiful tartan, though, and should make a nice kilt.

    So, does anyone have a kilt in the Stewart Grey tartan? I just saw a picture on Marton Mills's page and I think I need to look more into that one. Sorry all, but for some reason I'm drawn to the more somber looking tartans.
    But, on the more here and now aspect of life, I was just told that Barb T. is working on my pleats in the Lochaber Ancient tartan....Oooooh I'm having flashbacks to the feeling of being 9 years old and its the day before my 10th birthday. lol Very similar feeling.
